The World’s Best Airports 2009
“The World’s Best Airports 2009”. This annual survey of airport service quality is held by Geneva-based Airports Council International (ACI). The First time I look to the title, I thought there will be European Airports or American Airports. The answer is nope. Four of the five top airports are in Asia. There are Seoul, Singapore, Hongkong, and Nagoya Japan. The one and only non-Asia Airport that include in top five is Nova Scotia’s Halifax, Canada.
More than 200,000 passengers at 126 airports from around the world took part in the quarterly airport surveys, measuring more than 30 elements of passenger experience and how well each element satisfies expectations.
